All of the commercial stations in Australia have a left bias. The perfect example is whenever they talk about a Trump it's always negative. They always paint a negative picture to the story and in most cases it's the exact opposite. Trump says stupid stuff almost daily and is routine either lying in such a dumb and obvious way his coverage is going to be negative in an unbiast media. We don;t have that, the commercial station in Australia are actually right bias just not far fight bias, but that's just political spectrum they have more pronounced biases in commerical/triva/lazy journalism senses. Politicians making gaffs is an easy slam dunk media story and Trump just serves them up every day. If any other politician of the same stature served up such juicy gaffs daily they would get the same coverage.

They actually rarely cover anything of substance, which is good for Trump coz if he was objective scrutinized the coverage would be a lot worse for him,.

There’s a move away from state patriotism and move towards racial identity movements that de-emphasise statism on the right.
