You just wasted time pulling out the stats only to repeat exactly what i said about M.Lloyd only a few posts back.

I said this:
M.Lloyd averaged over 95 in 2000-2001, when he was injury-free.
He also averaged over 94 last year.
With the new push-in-the-back rule and with his best pre-season ever, i took the risk hoping that he could recapture his form when he was in his prime.

So, what did these stats change?
What was the point you were trying to make?
That M.Lloyd is a consistent dream-teamer who clearly has the potential to average over 95 in any given season?
He is actually a very good dream-teamer and like i said, by calling him a hack clearly shows how much you know about this game.

By the way, you can post your team, even though i have already seen it.
It is nothing too special to brag about either.

Before i find these "flaws" in your team, and believe me, i will find them, let me rebut.

If you knew anything about M.Lloyd, you would know that he has basically had interrupted seasons every single year since those two awesome years of averaging over 95.
I took a punt on him hoping that he would stay injury-free this year.
He started training earlier than any other player in the league and publicy stated that he felt more stronger and more fitter than ever.
In some sense, you could call it risky.
In another sense, you could call it stupid.
I guess my heart took over my brain, seeing as i love the man but i still believe that he is going to come home strongly in the second half of the season.

Compare his stats to R.O'Keefe:
2007: 83
2006: 92
2005: 72
2004: 72
2003: 37
2002: 53
2001: 31
2000: 21

The 2006 season was the outlier in these stats.
He clearly over-performed last year and according to these stats, he is not a proven dream teamer.
He also plays for the worst team for Dream Team in the whole competition.

Centres are exceptional, especially when King will turn into Stanton for no loss of money. King has got over 80+ 7 weeks in a row.

Rucks, very solid.

This is interesting. Hmm... theone5, if you were to end up with an end of season ranking of 5000 or thereabouts (which is likely) at the completion of round 22, but at round 18 you were at 7000 (which probably will happen), which one will you declare to the footy world?

- Start the Dream Team thread a month earlier this year. That way you might be able to pick some valuable tips from more newbies this year. You had about 6 months to scavenge around and find some good pick ups for the upcoming year off everyone else yet you still decided to go for Lloyd and Burton. LOL! Hack

And your midfield depth is any better? You are such a hypocrit! Your bagging her depth when yours is no better. Ok, most areas are decent, but look at your mids. Houli and Oakley-Nicholls. Houli seems to be rising in price very quickly and Oakley Nicholls is just taking off this year. Houli MAY be back later in the season but at the moment neither are in their respective teams. Someone goes down in your midfield and your in a bit of a trouble buddy!

Oh wait, I forgot though. It doesnt matter anyway because your going for the league win which ironically culminates at round 22.

Already too late on the last point, it was started in July 2006.

So I guess that means he doesnt have enough time to prepare properly, thus should write off 2008 already, and focus on 2009.

I have 6/8 playing emergencies.
She has 2/8 playing emergencies.
After i trade J.Oakley-Nicholls for M.Clarke, i will then have 7/8 playing emergencies.
I would call that fairly impressive.
