Not sure how it compares with last year but Caltex looks a hell of a lot better than XL.

Would still advocate for my usual: smaller and higher lion and deeper colours. At least the yoke no longer comes half way down the bloody strip.

Yeah i rate these kits to be honest, still wish they would remove the repeating lion monogram, but not bad in the end

I might be in the minority here, but I like the gold cuffs on the away strip. Also warming to the McDonalds "M" but thinking it could be a touch smaller.

Good to see the BBFFC return to the back of the neck. The higher yoke with the Hyundai back sponsor integrates nicely, although I wouldn't mind back yoke returning to it's original position of being in line with the front yoke.

The Caltex logo is a much better fit than XL Express.

Overall, the colours appear richer and the gold does not appear to be a yellow (at least on the home guernsey). Perhaps the contrast of the bright red is making the 'gold' appear more bright?

If we could restore our gold clash guernsey (no white sidepanel) and wear blue shorts with our away jumper, that would almost be the perfect kit for me.

IIRC Chevron, the owner of the Caltex brand, chose to stop licensing the name to the company behind Ampol.

Looking at Caltex - Wikipedia, it seems Chevron itself is re-entering the market as Caltex.

It looks like a lot of clubs are using this template. West Coast have a similar small shield as well with their establishment year, etc.

Just picked up this polo today from the Lions Gabba shop
Last year's polo size i was a "M" this year "S" was a better fit

The guy mentioned the Brighton Homes Arena shop is about 1/2 the size of the Gabba shop. Reception is running the shop for now
