The Austin MLR side has gone for a total rebrand after being bought by and Australian company, this is the second new logo within the past year, and third (with a new name being implemented for each one) in a very short history.

Major League Rugby's Austin franchise - known as the Elite from 2017 to 2018 and then as the Herd last year - may have just taken the cake for the strangest team name.

The Tripadvisior brand change is fantastic.

You really need to look at all the applications and brandbook to make a good call on it. Just seeing the logo change isn't enough to form an opinion imo.

The amount of places who have jumped on the green and black colour scheme recently has gone up. Spotify, Kayo now Tripadvisor just to name a few.

And that can be a lot of things.

Plus you have a messy crossover between new and old designs.

Trust me, I've experienced this and it is often totally pointless and wastes a lot of time and money.

And thus departs the controversial Super League "S" after 24 years. Very reminiscent of the NRL logo with that shape.
