Very minor tweak to the Dees monogram it would seem.

Where did you find that bottom one? To me it just feels like a mistake with overlays or something thats accidentally masked the bottom tips of the M.

The top logo is the standard version, used on light bases, while the bottom is the reverse version, used on dark bases

It's similar to how the Cats have a standard version ('CATS' written in blue) and a reverse ('CATS' written in white, outline around shield)

Theres your answer then I reckon. Accidentally been cut off in the animation process.

EDIT: Here is a screenshot mid-animation. The logo has been separated into individual pieces to create the animation, but the exclusion area around the V part of the logo is too large, so when it all falls into place, it cuts off the M tips.

Maybe it's to highlight the many languages offered.

How would you be able to determine what language is what from the "M".
If there is a pictorial graphic for languages, it's the first I'm hearing about it.
