What do expect from someone who refills toilet paper dispensers for a living?I remember when you heavily criticised Geelong for letting go of Quinton Narkle and how Port's signing of him would hurt us.
Fair to say you are a tad out of touch with reality.
John resigned.Crazy Sydney got rid of a coach that got the team to 2 of the past 3 grand finals, but Ken Hinkley survives 12 seasons with 0 grand final appearances as coach. Maybe Longmire should have tanked the team, looks better apparently missing grand finals, lol.
Where from this opinion? Gutfeel?i dont believe he was formally sacked.
but i do think he was given the option to go out on his own terms, rather than be sacked.
You're making even less sense than usual, do you need re-programming?Navo russka...comportislavia...mont blastika...pi..no...pun..da mento
Can someone "push" renowned father figure Ken Hinkley?i dont believe he was formally sacked.
but i do think he was given the option to go out on his own terms, rather than be sacked.
Just wish we did grandfinals wellDidn’t realise Horse is staying on in some other capacity. That probably says they had more advanced internal discussions about the succession plan when the WCE job came up and Horse might have thought cleaner to just do it now and can be a bit of a backseat mentor for Cox in his first year. Good option I think. Swans always do these things well.
For the stat tragics, would this be the first time in history that a coach that has won the minor premiership quits the same year?
A genius plan that killed a potential dynasty.Mick Malthouse's last year at Collingwood saw him lose a grand final after finishing on top. However, he didn't 'quit', it was his last year in charge as a succession plan generated by Eddie McGuire
Where from this opinion? Gutfeel?
Question was, "where from?"no shit it's an opinion......... ergo i said "i think".........
do you think i am Tom Harley or something?
The legend of Ken Hinkley grows each day LoL-----------
Port fans knowing Hinkley has outlasted another premiership and multiple GF coach
Ken Hinkley and his legacy in the AFL grows by each day lolShould have announced it on grand final day.
The Swans were a consistent finals team under him, winning the flag of course in 2012.
The John Longmire era at the Swans will be defined by those four grand final defeats though. Three of which were lost in a dismal manner.
