Does things the way he wants. Doesn’t GAF. Loved that he took Morris to task, clearly doesn’t rate the media, I.e Barrett and calls out their passive aggressive bullshit.
He can obviously coach, but they’ve never made top 4 and were decimated in the 21 GF. Simply didn’t change the approach in the third quarter. Baffling.
Wins are all that matter, if they drop too many in the first 8 weeks then he has to be in the gun. Have to play finals you’d think. Midfield seems fine, forwards ok, but backline is awful. Have to have a defence to win flags let alone be a good top 4 side.

Your second half fade out in 2021 was horrendous. To be 19 up in the second and lose by 74 was obviously brilliant, but would’ve been so hard on supporters. Literally zero changes made. You’d think after we kicked 4 goals you’d make some adjustments.

I absolutely agree mate, there hasn’t been a plan B for a very long time. It’s killed us for years now. If it’s on our terms we look fantastic but it’s becoming less and less common that it is.

I could be wrong but wouldn't have thought the Dogs have the $ to cut his contract up 2 years short and pay him out? He's a pretty high profile coach who'd be on a good wicket... I'd think if he goes it will be next year so they only have to pay out 1 year rather than 2? Not sure but I like Bevo despite his bizarre decisions.

While Libba and smith are great for fantasy scores, they both hack kick blindly way too much ..Crae a shadow of his former self as a productive mid and seems banished to the forward flank.
The entire attack plan is to bomb into Naughton who has 3 defenders jumping with him every mark.

Pretty sure contract payouts are capped at six months for head coaches, contract length isn’t an issue.
Worked out great for us when we decided we didn't want Ratten anymore.
Problem is who do you replace Bevo with.
