Scandal Luke Slayers

She's hopefully devastated enough to report it to the AFL Integrity Unit. I assume they can investigate club presidents, or do they only go after the big fish like first year players on mad mondays?
If she's genuinely on the end of a random DP, then sure. But something tells me it's extremely odd for someone to send some random picture to a connected someones inactive account. People need to wrap their heads around the idea that the cultural narrative of 'men bad, women good' is a falsehood.

The layers of stakeholders and their reactions to this are what makes it such a potentially delicious story... news outlets: I know he must be your mate, or pay for advertising or something, but give me some breaking news fkers. I could be wrong, but I swear I saw a 3AW post pop-up on my feed "Carlton President Luke Sayers targeted in cyber hack" or similar. Like: "Really? You're believing this shit? Or your news reporting can be corrupted that easily?"

But yeah, it should be fascinating to see what the family's response (is Luke going to be out in the cottage/granny flat for a few weeks?) What's Bupa's reaction? What's the Carlton reaction (board/admin/leadership group/AFLW team etc.)? What are their (Bupa and Carlton's) stakeholders' reactions? Was he a board member when Josh Bootsma was marched out the door?

Surely 95%+ of those people don't believe his explanation... I reckon even given the strength he apparently wields, he'd be flat out keeping all those groups presenting a united front. And as soon as one breaks ranks, the house of cards would topple pretty quickly.

It's actually starting to piss me off a bit that the AFL hasn't said anything. For a regular club employee this is OBVIOUSLY within the AFL's jurisdiction. So is a club president outside of that for whatever technical reason, are they just not announcing that they are investigating, or are they refusing to? Tell us something.
