Steelers down 14-0 after 1 qtr, rally to win 24-17 thanks to Fields 3 pass TDs.

Run stats look a bit more realistic (apart from the broken tackles....but its the only way to remedy the horrible collision system).

Chewy316 post here when youve finished your game so i can advance

Well what week are we up to? Because I played week 2 a few nights ago.

If we are up to week 3 I'll play tonight once I get home - have had a date night with the missus.

Game winning F/G to beat the Bills.

I might have finally figured out Field Goals, Punts can get stuffed! I keep holding it down too long and punting it llike 30 yards.

Henry out for 4 weeks, Saw Dalvin Cook on the F/A and it said his salary was 230K.

Then i realised as I hit sign that it was actually 2.1Milly :straining:

I'll play my game tonight and advance tonight or Sat morning if everyone's played by then
I think everyone has played so you can advance now

Week prior.....Steelers beat Colts 34-13. Fields 2:1 197 passing and 1 rush TD and over 100 rushing yards.

Before we put Anthony Richardson into the blue tent (serious shoulder injury) we picked him off and also picked off Flacco.

Steelers not without injuries either. Had to make some FA additions and a trade that was on the table as well as cut 4 players (was over 53 after taking a couple guys off IR).

Lol wtf?

Never seen this before

Cruisy 62-13 win vs the Broncos.
Looking forward to playing Exe Gesis in next game week's matchup (Raiders vs Steelers).
All set to advance mate 👌
Im not as competitive/good as i used to be, been years since i played and very rusty. Expecting to lose, but hoping to keep it close.

Have to check in the morning if everyones played or not for advancement

You were always the hardest person I played against 6ish years ago. Granted, I never actually played Cockliff but I always found you harder to play against than Licorice Allsorts - even if he got the better of me in a few games.

If you're still double mugging the A gaps on D it should be an interesting battle.

Cockliff38 and you were the better players as you knew more the tricks and tips of pro players.

There was another guy before your time, a niners fan from Adelaide, (forget his username) who was even more seasoned at that. Eg, the double mugging and edge nano-blitzing and one-touch TD throws from any point on the field. He would be one of those who could make 57 defensive adjustments in 3 seconds to set up his custom D play that destroyed everything. That type of motorhead.

Then there was Dirty Bird , LicoriceAllsorts , aussiedude and I who were a tier below. We'd play to the best of our abilities with the lesser knowledge/capability of those things.

Not saying us four wouldn't cheese, everyone does, but we werent motorheads. On any given day we COULD beat the likes of you and cockliff, but it was an outlier. I dont think cockliff lost?

In the days before you, that Adelaide guy would beat me in the regular season like 70-7, and such, but a few times in the Super Bowl when we met, i had a 2-1 record against him. Rise to the occasion and really try, no work the next day or that day and really focus in.

Licorice almost did it to Cockliff in that super bowl that they licorice live streamed, was a fantastic david-goliath tussle.

Dirty Bird and Licorice were more similar i remember, they would always get under my skin somehow, pull out interesting trick plays and have a custom defensive gameplan just for my type of go-to plays.

You and aussiedude were more similar i remember. Guys who would kill you with a thousand stab wounds of the four yard carries and five yard receptions, long drives of constant first downs that resulted in TDs, and dominating TOP, hard to slow down. Always a battle

Cockliff and that adelaideniner were motorheads.

There were other people in the early days and later years who were very good competition too.

I think the more time i spend on M25 I'll get better. But right now im still like a noob, i fumble about trying to do hot routes or line shifts and such -- all those muscle memory things I've completely forgotten. I was never big on that anyway, id try to run a base "bend dont break" D and rely on intuition for the user pick. Thats not going to cut it against uber motorheads.

When i used to play madden all the time and was good, i had a 4:1 win ratio in thousands of online games against the motorheads.

Compare that to my fifa online career which has replaced madden the last six or so years....my online record is more like 1:4. Those motorheads are insane. Or fifa is just so much harder to play.

Madden is all about a pre-snap tactical battle, but the few seconds of actual play (pass run, tackle) is very bland or basic, so people of any skill level can always compete well. Whereas fifa, soccer is a constant free-flowing game of the ball in play, and hundreds of different types of skill moves and defensive tricks/cheats to contend with. Theres a gigantic difference. If you dont know them you have no chance. But so hard to master if youre a regular person who goes to school/work, has a wife/life, etc.
