Argh this GAME

It can't even do the little things right.

I've just scored my first ever punt return TD... which happened to be an extra time walk off TD... but because of how the end of game mechanics work there's no way to save the replay.

I've just scored my first ever punt return TD... which happened to be an extra time walk off TD... but because of how the end of game mechanics work there's no way to save the replay.

On the new consoles theres a "share" button on your controller that you press and it will record the last minute of action. You can actually program the button (tap and hold, double tap, tap) where you can start a recording and stop it whenever (so you can record an hour of play say) or where it will record the last x minutes of action.

I use the latter all the time when playing FIFA.

On Madden....at the end of the gane, play by play list, there will often be highlights for various things luke TDs, sacks, INTs. You can save those highlights or do the start/stop recording thing with the share button when rewatching those highlights

Played my game last night. 34-22 away to the Chiefs. Mahomes is a god in this game so I take any win I can get playing against the Chiefs.

In my game vs Bengals....i was up something like 28-7 and then everything Burrow did was a TD on one down, just bombs away to someone deep, somehow blown coverage tho in cover 3 or 4, or a WR gets the ball short and makes those BS moves cant be tackled and sprints away for 60 yard TD. Even if its a slow Gesicki being chased by a 90 speed CB can never catch them tho my 90 speed WRs get run down by 80 speed LBs.

Anyway, 28-7 suddenly became something like 35-28 their way and it was tit for tat passing TDs and INTs until someone had the ball last.

Final 56-49, Burrow and Fields combined for over 1,000 pass yards, 13 TDs and 9 INTs, and both teams handed the ball off to a RB maybe twice all game.

Just one of those games where CPU decided to fight fire with fire. I'm sure if I ran the ball all game game for 200 yards it too wouldve one-upped me on the ground.

Pickens like 20+ receptions, 400+ yards and 7 TDs. Were some incredible throws and catches deep into the endzone where he Mossed the CB, not the dink and dunk variety.

Seahawks 23 Defeated Jets 17

Was a hard fought game at MetLife Stadium but Seahawks hold on to get the chocolates. Also during the game Walker broke the all time record for most rushing yards in a season dethroning Eric Dickerson.

G.Smith 129 passing yards, 1 rushing TD and 1 passing TD
K.Walker 212 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD

A.Rodgers 206 passing yards and 2 passing TD
A.Lazard 6 receptions, 88 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD

Ugly AF game.
Won on a last second field goal from the 4 yard line.
Nothing went right. I threw a pick when in the red zone when I didn't see a red buccaneers DB against the red of the painted end zone.
I had managed the game well and was up by a TD with 3 minutes to go but of course I fumbled carrying on a simple run. Fumbled a few times actually but that time it was recovered by Tampa.

One of those games where I just take the W and move on.

Enjoying the higher difficulty though - it's definitely more of a challenge.

A fumble on the 1 yard line recovered in the end zone with 1.14 on the clock in the last quarter saved the 49ers

Purdy finally protected the ball 12/16 192 yards 3 tds
McCafferey 22 for 146 yards
Kittle 4 for 55 and 2 td
Samuel 4 for 78 and 1 td
Gross-Matos 2 sacks

Mixed. But I'm happy with it

I find both teams seems to have much bigger plays imo. The CPU defenders can go absolute beast mode with some interceptions.

Having the CPU RB do two flips over my defenders for two tds in a game was interesting

But I don't mind it

Seahawks 31 defeated Cardinals 21

Pretty comfortable win against Cardinals but they did score 2 TDs in the end to get them chance but the offside kick failed and sealed the victory.

I may tweak the sliders again for next week. The amount of INTs by both teams is far too high. Try to achieve more PBUs and less INTs.
