I'd be open to a mid season check in to make some trade outs or something for injured players but I think the majority of the team should be maintained.
Other boards I've seen do similar have a hall of fame and a small prize - a badge for their account or a small $ pool prize or something. Be happy making it an annual event starting from scratch but I think doing a half yearly one would be a bit much for me.

Btw ODN, what is the go with badges on here? As a non premo member I don't have a clue... Is it possible to make a badge for the overall winner of these sort of competitions or not really?

Slider's picks are 8 and 17 spots from now, and affect the bottom half of the draw. I don't think either of these players are key to anybody's team, or at least not irreplaceable.
If everyone in the bottom half agrees, we can just give Slider's picks to him now and work around it. Then, when ferris checks back in, we can go down and up again tonight.
