Haha, it looks like players love it on GC and nobody wants to leave. What an ultimate culture while not playing finals. Just imagine if Suns would be top 4 😂

Morris on SEN.
Great news. Time to get rid of your academy and access to Darwin kids now that retention of interstate players is fixed.

NM would be a walk-up start if he wants to play every week. I'm not sure if he would be keen to move to Melb, though.

He’s got a bit of family in Melbourne, don’t think that will be the drawback.

Hope Carlton has a crack at getting him

If he's a small forward with minimal defensive effort then Dimma won't be interested in him. No.1 pre-requisite for a small forward in Dimma's team has always been forward pressure. If you don't have that then you don't play.

Happy to swap him for McHenry or Murphy then...

Very supprised GC told him to leave. They have pretty much no small fwds and he was hitting the scoreboard when not injured.
Looks like it's been poorly reported and they didn't actually tell him to leave. Herald Sun is saying tonight that Rosas is now expected to stay with the Suns and has been told to show up in elite shape next season. Time for Adelaide (and any other club) to move on.
...

The Suns are now expected to retain contracted small forward Malcolm Rosas, who had strong rival interest but have made clear to him he must return to the club in elite shape.

He has interest from clubs including Adelaide but the Suns believe his poor pre-season led to some of the hamstring concerns that impacted a season that also had a pair of suspensions.

Makes GC look a bit silly
They tell him to find other options to play as he isn't professional enough, he finds some clubs interested, and then GC come back and say, oh we wernt serious, we arnt trading you. We just wanted to scare you.

Almost sounds like a made up media narrative, ass covering because their comments that he was told he’s out turned out to be BS

He was absolutely told to explore his options, there's no doubt about that.
I heard that is what was happening, and wrote it here.
Go back and read them. Dimma believes there are players that are lazy and lack work ethic. Wether that's with regards to training standards or looking after their bodies, or their efforts on gameday, he is going to move those people out and bring in people he thinks can install that in the team.

He doesn't believe Luko is worth the money he is being paid for his last two years, even though he was back ended on his contract.
I also told that he didn't want to leave and the reason he hasn't nominated or announced he was going to ask for a trade is because he really didn't want to leave GC. He was happy up there, and this has been a big shock to him. The media are just repeating the same thing I have heard.

It's pretty shit of a club to pay the player unders in the beginning of the contract, and then have an issue with them getting the big money on back end of it. They did the same thing with Bowes.

And let's be honest, this could well repeat itself in the next coming years with Mac Andrew. He is nothing worth 600k a year, let alone 1.2 million a year. This could backfire big time.
