Regardless, the number has dropped to only 5% saying they won't get vax'd.

It was 29% (unlikely to get vax'd) and now is only 9%.


More interestingly is that Liberal voters support the Vax passport concept moreso than Labour voters.

I do think occupations which with others, health & other services are quite right to expect employees to be vaccinated.

Also to attend large events, schools, sports clubs etc

The right is for others to be kept safe. If you choose not vaccinate, so be it. BUT don't expect the rest of society to put themselves, their families & any at medically unwell people at risk just because of your choices..

We are all free to stay at home. We should not expect to be able to endanger other people.

We have a whole set of legal codes that enforces that in most other areas of society. This should be the same.

and if you do happen to get the virus while vaccinated the vaccine reduces the period you are infectious meaning the likelihood you spread it is less.

I don't have an issue with the government allowing unvax'd to use public services.

Governments can't mandate Vax IMO.

But private companies and services absolutely should be able to.

That's the type of thing spoken by someone who simply feels left behind by society and is angry about it, and is just looking for something to protest against. It defies logic and is just an emotional tantrum.

I don't necessarily begrudge people not wanting to get vax'd. But to say it is for nothing is just factually incorrect.

The reality is that almost all of the COVID deniers would be pro-COVID (so to speak) if the government position was to play it down. That's just the type of person that has joined that crusade.

Just like Flat Earthers and QAnon. They're just battlers. I feel for them to be honest.

I know plenty of people who simply aren't good at life. They are drawn to this type of shit. It gives them meaning - but also someone to blame for their plight.
