The dwarf woman being black is actually fine (Tolkien never mentions dwarf skin colours precisely, and they are based in part on Norse Svartalfar or "black elves") but its triggered the racists beautifully.
The real problem from a lore perspective is she has no beard, and Dwarves were less egalitarian about women having public roles than Men or Elves, so a beardless dwarf queen is pretty crap...oh wait they've trolled me too.
