Media Match Thread MVP- Rate the Opposition.

[GWS Goose]

As stated earlier, one of my life long dreams is to have a trophy named in my honour. The path of least resistance is to start my own competition and later name it after myself.

Everyone loves a competition. So let's have one!

How this works, I'm going to ask posters to rate their oppositions individual performance in the match thread. Each poster can use whatever criteria they like to rate the opposition in the classic 3-2-1 format. Each of us can give our own scores for the opposition. If you only want to give partial votes (for example, only a 3 pointer, or only a 2 and 1) that is allowed.

On Friday, Ill calculate who got the most votes for their team and also award the overall 3-2-1 for each team.

3. Loonerty - Very strong comeback, funny in an offbeat method, some witty putdowns. Enjoyed his stuff.
2. Brenton Davy - Strong Debut, a lot of activity, got into the talking up the Qooty stuff, especially his shirt front ability and was quick to blame his team mates for his lack of onfield success
1. Mozzie19 - A captains effort, high activity, made a good effort to get conversation going.

Overall it was a pretty enjoyable thread

I'd say if voting was uneven though, i.e. 6 players vote from one side, and 3 from another, and another match thread no one votes from a side, you'll get a skewed result.

Maybe add up votes and divide by number of posters from voting side, or something like that? Then you'll have results to decimal places, that will help separate.

Plan is to convert each team to 3,2,1.
For example if 6 furies vote and only 2 Royals.
I'm not going to accumulate the votes, I'll work out the 3 highest in total, and give them 3,2,1.
This accounts for that if at least 1 person from every team puts in votes.
In the event of total votes being even I was going to split them. IE if the top 2 are tied, they'll get 2.5 votes each.
I think this is poorly explained but I hope you get the gist of it
