Medical Epidemic sweeping Geelong

The only reason GC_26 starts all those threads about you guys is because he's guaranteed to get a lot of bites from Hawks fans frothing at the mouth to defend the club they love. Most other Geelong fans couldn't give a stuff about Hawthorn.

They are catching on, if only slowly Winty. I see his threads only go for about 4 pages now rather than 20. Clever persona in many ways as he did get up Hawks noses but the character had no room to grow after the initial annoyance factor wore off. The style for which he gained notoriety would also be his undoing.

See his posts and spelling have improved markedly of late which must mean the puppetmaster is sick of the character himself, however I can't be bothered taking his opinion seriously at all and just scan over it rather than read it.

Have they really improved or is Poidacat editing his posts:confused:

I actually laughed at this :)

Still lets look at something shall we... Hawks supporters claiming that Geelong supporters are obsessed with Hawks...

Four threads are on the first page regarding Geelong and Hawthorn... All four started by Hawks supporters.

Lets look at something else..
You won your past three games against us.. the last by 4 points. In 03-04, we beat you by about 10 goals in three games... :)

You say that geelong supporters are living in the past as we bring up the Grand Final win... Does it not count for you, bringing up H&A wins?

Why would supporters of a team who just won the premiership by a record margin give a stuff about a team who couldn't beat a team we beat by 102 points the week before?

Because Winty, Geelong are beginning to experience the great decline of 2008.

The Blake debacle has demoralised them.
Steve Johnson is hooning around, uncontrolled and off the rails again.
Unfortunately injuries will cost them compared to going through last year relatively unscathed.
Nowhere near the fitness level they need to be at.
If Port have improved by 100+ points, there's a big chance that Hawthorn will beat Geelong by 96 points in round 17.

Geelong to finish between 6th and 8th.

Oh and would you look at that - Geelong is sixth on the ladder!

Simply too cocky. I'll look foward to seeing them in melbourne on GF parade day not wanting to waste the holiday they booked for september back in march.

Alright then, if you want to see things that way. To everyone else its pretty obvious you are extremely desperate for ANY leverage over Geelong. Its only round 2 and you are already taking the ladder seriously?

Must...clutch...at....straws...

Is it a symptom if I fell asleep while reading the OP?

Shame we got over Port in Rd 1, bet you can't wait to bump your threads.

If Port have improved by 100 points, that means Hawthorn have improved by 100 as well? Or has Geelong gone backwards by 100 points?

Willing to have a friendly wager on Hawthorn beating Geelong by 16 goals?

we would've been up by 10 goals + had we not hit the post 4 times and kicked straight.

Once we had it won we played with them and rested up...

Tassie beat the spooners by 100+...whoopdy doo!

We beat the wooden spooners by 150+.

I don't think you will be there for the parade, I think you be at home crying at another semi final loss when Hodge chokes again. But for your sake if Hawks beat Geelong again this year in H/A you will have really won the big one in your own mind.

Hawks fans are obsessed losers!

Where are you staying in September? Better put $7 a fortnight that you receive from Ruddy away to pay for the backpackers seeing as you have already won the flag.

First you say we will finish 8-10 now you say we are going to win the flag?
No wonder you seem to have a handle on the welfare system

Your side is already 100 points worse than last season.

I hope for your sake they improve a bit, it's not a good start. That's all.

Yes, you had an okay year last year.

But you are VERY lucky that Port commited a few unforced errors in the last quarter last week, or you'd definitely be in the lower half of the ladder.

Port were very lucky we didn't kick straight and get ahead by 60+ points and therefore demorlise them and go on and win by more.

You were lucky you played Melbourne Round 1....

looks like the hawk supporters had another sleepless night last night sinking about geelongs premiership win

you know what this is all about hawthorn wanted so bad to be the first vic side to win a premiership well guess what geelong beat them ahahaahaha we won the premiership we broke the drought so go suck on that

lol , Im not sure if i have told you guys about how I went to the north v hawks semi last year, it was paradise :) watching all the hawk supporters get frustrated as north played ring around the rosy with there side.

there was this little kid sitting on the end of my rowe who went for hawthorn and began to cry as his dad was screaming come on were going it was so funny the kid in tears and the dad having a fit :D.I couldn't resist the temptation and told the dad and the kid what I thought and waved goodbye

u forgot to mention the bit when the father turned around, and you shat yourself and ran awya like the little... ummm.... what do you call someone who is more womanly than women?

You have no real clue about life, do you?

Steve Johnson is better than anhy small forward you have, we are fitter than we were this time last year, everyone is over the Blake thing and it was a different game last weekend....
