So the digital tickets are now on the AFC app.

The club has set the tickets to be available for use right on opening bounce (eg round 1’s ticket is set to be available to be used at 3:20 on 20 March)

Whenever I click on "membership" on the app, it crashes. Good start.

Mine is ready at 310, so half an hour before the bounce.

Well waddya know they fixed it - mine got changed to 3:00pm on the 17th too.

Credit where it’s due they fixed it now and not an hour before the game.

Like last year when the club had to email PDF’s of the physical tickets the week before round 1 because most people didn’t get them until round 3 (if they were lucky).

But then once you have it you’ve got it for the season.

Anyone feel like PM me their members bar code? I am buying tickets for the collingwood game and only selling tickets to members at this stage. Given its their first home game with a full house in 2 years, might be close to a sell out which I didnt consider. I am 1 short for our group.

Yes I have received both my SMA card and my Gold Crows plastic card.

I rang the club, barcode gets generated 72 hours before each game and an easy scan from there. Just like pre covid

But I guess mine is a physical card and lanyard.

Haven't been to the Oval for a match since June 2019, no clue on post-COVID setups

How so? I have my tickets. Everything is the same as previous unless you changed it. Older fans won't have opted for digital tickets either

Been a 10 yr member, never changed a thing, getting the physical card etc. Friends received their packs mid January. Haven't got mine. Rang the club yesterday. Got told they've processed it, but probably won't receive it before round 1, but should have it before round 3 home game. Far out.

Told me I'll have to log into the app 3 days before the game. Can do it, just annoying. Heaven help the older supporters with no phones etc.
