How do members get their tickets? Trying to help grandparents get access to theirs ? Will the tickets appear in their Ticketmaster account or will the barcodes go through to their email?

You use the barcode in the email to get the tickets through Ticketmaster (can use 8 barcodes in one transaction). Then they will be in their Ticketmaster account and not sent through email.
Yep definitely contact the club. Got mine at 3:23pm and assume they sent them all out in bulk.
Might depend on your level of membership. Did you look in you junk file?

They are faarkin amateurs there’s a shitload of people complaining on the Freo FB that they haven’t received their Emails, They put out a statement to contact the club tomorrow morning i can see that working out well if you can get through.

Note that the 11am window appears to be 10am.
Yep logged in at 10am and got my tickets despite the email saying it will open at 11am. Urge all of you to do the same, try an hour earlier than stated on your email.

The priority windows didn't actually apply at all apparently, people were able to login from 10am regardless of category.
I unfortunately didn't find this out until 15 mins before my supposed window, still offered me my category but only on Level 1 where I don't like to sit, sigh.

Relying on email for this is amateur at best. They have an app - use that!
Mine are the same category, but definitely a downgrade from my under cover level 3 seats. Row 10 level 1, so likely to get wet if it does end up raining. After being offered plenty of crap seats at the eastern end, though, I just didn't want to risk losing those slightly better seats on the strong chance I'd never get anything better or even as good.
Such a dumb system.

It’s frustrating, but personally I take issue that we still have these restrictions with the high vax rate.
