Because we can normally put our seats up for resale and have the money taken off the next seasons membership. They didn't allow that for this game for some reason.

Get in touch with the club. I just called them and my barcode was inactive for some reason. The bloke just re-activated it and the ticket showed up in my account.

That has been my experience. They are quite happy to ring you to accept your CC and renew (is this out sourced?).
