In response to an email I sent to FFC about their 'half a towel' they said we had been sent a voucher

"some members may not like what is included in their pack for a particular season and therefore we provide the Team Store voucher, where you can purchase an item that may suit your preferences more.

The voucher codes can be located in your MyFreo account/app and can be used instore or online."

Have tried looking for it on my phone and computer - it is well hidden or does not exist?
Nah definitely in the email they sent you probably confirming your membership renewal. You can always ask them to email you the codes again if you can't find it.

This might be a stupid question, but do we have access to barcodes for members presale for Freo games in Melbourne? Or do you need a Vic based membership for that
Came here to ask the same thing! Can't find any way to buy member tickets for the Freo V Bombers game at the G

You won't need to, if it gets to Dons - Dockers both being top four you'll get the chance but there's no need. Fremantle don't have deals in place the way Victorian sides (who sell home games) do so tickets won't be any cheaper.

Received pack today not to bad for freo considering what you normally get. A small cooler bag, thermo cup and ususal sheet of stickers plus the vouchers emailed earlier.

PS. Better than the Bulldogs one.

I was quite pleased with the membership pack. Went to my local coffee shop with my keep cup and tested it out - no issues whatsoever. Pretty chuffed as I had been meaning to get one for a while.

On the last 3 or 4 member surveys we've suggested that there should be an "opt out" option for the member pack. Glad that there are people who like it and make use of the bits and pieces, but for me it's just landfill and I'd prefer that the cost and resources were spared.

$10 donation (or whatever the lost of production and mail out is) to Starlight Foundation in our name instead.

I would say all "members packs" are ordered from manufactures well before anyone gets to opt out.

Very likely, but “opt out” data can be used to inform marketing decisions, orders, etc. for subsequent years. If as much as 10% of the membership opt out, that would meaningfully affect marketing decisions.

Reasonably happy with this year's effort from the club. The cup will get a bit of use and insulated cooler bags are always handy. Stickers and badge get tucked away with all the others. Postage was 2 months faster than last year.

Does the cooler bag and cup come later? I have only received the stickers and other crap.

The cup and cooler I believe is in the Premium Member Pack as per the little bit of paper in the actual pack. Pretty sure it’s for the good seat memberships but until I get my cheap seats pack I cannot confirm
