I think the crises has come and gone and we're genuinely on the cusp of some really exciting times. Really looking forward to some big changes both on the field and off it.

I think that not being in crisis is not the same thing as having no continue problems, and that sometimes crisis is a good thing, particularly when it provides the impetus to get rid of the employees that actually need getting rid of.

But when those two spots are refilled you'd expect those individuals to be our public face. My impression was that he would be doing this through the whole process of selecting the coach, president etc. and announcing any other changes to do with the review. I think once this is all done and we are more stable that we will revert to the norm.

I think the best thing here is the "board" has been removed completely out of CEOs way. I do love the fact that a group of part time volunteers who think they could run the club have been put in their place or hidden away making sure CEO and mgt can get on with their jobs
