This will require some help from the Club, Ed and Mick. To not change the training time. Also, for the Collingwood fansites to spread the word.

We are a game and a half from 4th spot.
Lets not forget that.

We are Collingwood. This club belongs to us.

Lets see if we can not turn this around. Show the boys what real dedication to the jumper is. If they can not see it in themselves then lets see if we can remind them what it takes to be part of this club.

My idea is to get as many people to this Friday's training session as possible. Anyone who is available get yourself down there. Let your friends and family know. Lets show these boys that we don't get paid like them yet we wear our jumpers with pride. We take all the shit from rival supporters and we stand tall week in week out because we are Collingwood. Lets see if we can not turn this negative into a positve. What ever happens at the end of the season will happen.

Lets all take charge. I for one am intending to take some time off work and wear my jumper there with pride. These boys have obviously forgotten what it means to be part of Collingwood.

Lets remind them!!!.

Lets not allow this season to end because of what's happened.

Some help here would be appreciated. Getting a confirmation from the club that the session time will not be changed would be a start.

I’d rather see 20,000 members at the AGM asking questions about winning premierships and accountability.

That doesn't make a lot of sense Mark. What are you trying to advocate here - a boycott of games for the season? How long before we all show up - on grand final day?

What we need is unity and a show of support for the players who are doing the right thing. There is no need for division & infighting. There still can be 20,000 that show up for the AGM, but lets not throw the baby out with the bath water.

My stance on this weeks going ons have so far been pretty firm but I think this is a fantastic idea. It's good of the club to co inside friday training with my only uni lecture for the day, which means I can't make it.

Basically across the road from Rod laver/vodafone arena. You can park there if you are driving or get off at jolimont station and walk aroung the MCG

It's the training ground on Punt Rd opposite the Shell Petrol Station where the Punt Rd exit from the toll rd is. Gotta wonder whats worse, drinking a week before the game or breathing the fumes of thousands of cars.

Anyway I think it is a good idea to get down and remind the guys who they play for. We are why Collingwood gets the big sponsorships that pay them.

I understand your position Mark, but it's a matter of perspective. I think such a demonstration would be a reminder that C'wood is much more than a bunch of tosser players who can't coordinate body and brain.

Collingwood resides in the barrackers as much as in the team, and most team members are innocent. I agree with remarks that you've made elsewhere, that things need to change; I opened a thread about the need to forge a new culture yesterday. But don't sacrifice the best of Collingwood to punish the worst of it; and the best is the way the club can generate loyalty and passion in the people.

The media are revelling in Pies pain atm - talking about C'wood running for cover etc. I think it would be good to show that we can take the worst they can dish out - such as today's papers - and still come out as passionate as ever. That doesn't mean we're slavishly condoning the anything-for-a-premiership mindset. It just means that Collingwood is bigger than this.

I think we should go. I'll be doing everything I can to get there.

And I think we should clap the captain when he arrives.

Definitely agree with you Snag, we need to show that Collingwood is much bigger than a few players who do the wrong thing, and that all of us, you and me are in this togther, after all as our song says, side by side we stick together, so lets show it. I would love to go, if someone can get me a flight from bris to melb im there haha. So really you melbourne based (even victorian based) supporters need to represent us interstaters as well!!!!
