Seems like there are some massive overreactions to Voss and his gameplan

While there are some concerning areas, some aspects have and will continue to turn

A massive 4 weeks ahead
While I dont agree with you on the Dow senario, I agree with this. The gameplan isn't much different to the Pies' except the we currently don't have the disposal skills, confidence (undoubtedly a factor in disposal also) , or belief / team cohesion to execute it.
And there shouldn't be a strong reaction to 8 wins from 23 matches???
There should, and to a certain degree the coach IS responsible, but if McCrae & Voss had been recruited at the opposite club, do you think McCrae would have faired any better with us? Their list is a lot more balanced than ours (a good mix of Elites and soldiers, who buy in and contribute)

You're not wrong there.

Been reliably told (from someone whose intel i would trust with my life) that TDK is nowhere near as professional and hard working/committed to being a professional player as he should be and that is a significant reason he has not played in the seniors for a while..

He won't be at the club next season.
Missed a few games with concussion. How unprofessional of him.

You really think Cuners or Marchbank's trade value will increase based on getting on the park for a couple of games?
Maybe not, but lots of players have come good after years with Injury riddled careers. I think this year is shot so we should at least see if these two are finally over their injuries. Yes I agree we should have cut them both a couple of years back, but we didn’t. At least play them for the second half of the season, they get injured again, scrapheap.

after all the retoric over Dimma, starting to think we need to stick fat and not react with a sacking... we are playing shizzle in patches but are not getting smashed by big scores. even when down we play good patches of footy and get back in the game, adelaide got back to 18 points in the third, bulldogs got our noses in front.

We have two fwds one kicking at less than 50%. The other fwds are filling holes -- owies goals have come from him standing on his own at the right time ..for me we have the worst group of non key fwds in the top 15 teams
Owies has footy smarts, it’s his strongest trait, as for having the worst non key forwards your spot on, it’s something that I’ve been saying for the past four years, we’re miles of the quality standards and depths compared to the rest of the competition…

agree he has some smarts. small forward is a thankless task, have to toil away and may only get a few opportunities games.

Happened multiple times on the weekend.

I'd sit here and debate with you, but the fact that we would even need to debate whether our forwards actually do what is 50% of their job outlines the problem enough.

Try this on the weekend - instead of counting how many times a forward leads (guaranteed single digits), count how many times our forward has space to lead to but is grappling with his opponent instead.

Then we can change our debate to whether our forwards are working hard enough or whether our mids even bother looking where they are kicking to.

And just for the record people - our #2 who's not good enough at footy loves to put the ball out infront of a leading forward. I
