Can confirm that Yinnar currently canvassing north gippy clubs about joining next year was talking to a club president at game yesterday

A thrilling season has come to a close, with Yinnar falling to the Rob Popplestone backed Fish Creek Kangaroos by 2 points in a wet contest at Meeniyan. Plenty of player movement has happened over the past month, notably Rosato to Morwell in the Gippsland League. Anyone else heard any rumours?

I've heard that East are losing Big Isaac back to the tigers and Kimberly of league bnf fame (rob popplestone medal) is heading back to qld.
 
MDU to have a new coach moving over from Leongatha. Heard a rumour that Moose Powell could be moving to the Boo though not sure if that will happen. Nathan Allen who coached MDU was supposedly lined up to coach Thorpy but fell through and then Taylor was appointed? Allen now coaching ROC/Officer

Interesting that Allen was to coach Thorpy, unsure how much success they will see with Taylor at the helm. He did just coach a flag 2 years ago however

Boolarra have picked up a few handy players, forgoing the salary cap to sign recruits. Don’t think a salary cap exists these days, quite disappointing to see the rich clubs continuing to spend and not so rich clubs struggle and nothing changes.

Yes the MGFL salary cap seems to be quite arbitrary. Big Names in the league that don't come cheap.
