If you watch the footage at frame 38.15 you can see Umpire Nicholls, at the moment the siren is reported to have sounded, moves his head . . . back and to the left, back and to the left, back and to the left.

Bookies recieved confirmation of the result from the AFL 30 minutes after the match and paid out on that mate.

The AFL sent out a fax of results as they were at that time. It said that the match was a draw. To say that the AFL 'ordered' it is stupid.
