Entree: under cooked Quail = fail
Main: Aioli & grapes not necessary, not balanced, not smoked enough, sauce over reduced
Dessert: cake too dense & dry, Sorbet icy, & candied orange not done right.
I think the biggest problem for them tonight was they doubted themselves, then lost confidence. I do think they have the potential to be better, and the fact the Asian's are now safe after the shit they dished up is a big shame. These two should've made it, and if they had just cooked the quail right they would have.
