The general rule of thumb is depending on the count, you go into protect mode. If you get caught looking on two strikes then that's your own fault.

Yes and no. It was marginal. The umpiring has been solid this post season.
For a 3-2 pitch, it was very close. It’s almost at that spot where as a batter you go for it.
