If we're going by 'actual' opinion, rather than just someone's own...I'd say at the moment it's (in no particular order):


Richmond, Collingwood, Essendon, Hawthorn, Geelong, West Coast (most hated, rivalries, success, big membership bases etc.)

Adelaide, Port Adelaide, Fremantle, Carlton, GWS, Sydney (rivalries from other clubs mostly, some success for some listed)

Melbourne, St Kilda, Bulldogs, North, Gold Coast, Brisbane (lack of success or lack of big membership, means no particular disdain to these clubs as a whole - Bulldogs have had success, but I'm yet to meet a group of fans who dislike the Dogs...just the club that everyone likes...except Sydney and GWS)

It's been completely forgotten that it's an entertainment product. Australia takes itself way too seriously now, how much more interesting would the games be if there was actual genuine tention between the club's and everyone embraced it? Instead they spend all week talking about LGBHTQ or whatever the **** it is and how much they respect their opponents.

It's ****ing boring. It's like every minute of AFL now is a societal lesson

Should probably start a thread- most hated supporters of teams.

There are a bunch of teams I don't actually hate- yet I hate their supporters (probs should get off Bigfooty!lol)

I realy like watching richmond play- love dimma and dusty and vlaustin (dislike rance!)- but generally find Tigers supporters to be intolerable.

Same for west coast- but our supporters are meant to 'hate' each other.

Tigers supporters are like a psycho ex- burning stuff and ending relationships when you lose a job one minute and then popping up saying how much they love you once you start a new, better paying job.

At least other big melbourne clubs like blues, dons and pies supporters stick by their team in crappy times

there are teams i actually dislike as well as their supporters- namely Dees- horrible club and supporters to match

Fremantle supporters are like frustrated seaman tugging their anchors. Or the poor relation with nothing to show. Take your pick.
