I doubt it would be 1 year at a time. Probably more like 4-5 year groupings. There wouldn't actually be many people with 30+ consecutive years membership.

I assume it would go on numbers
So let say 5000 people through at a time whatever makeup of years that is

Noteholder window shuts today at 5pm.
Then their super smart computer system thingy-ma-jig should start processing what's left and start allocating seats to the next lot. Who knows how long that takes. They had months to do the first lot for noteholders.

God its going to be a slow process if they all don't finish tomorrow. Especially if it is the same sort of window for the next lot. Would imagine it would be 30 year members window opens, then 29, 28, 27 and so on...
I'm a 25 year member and only have an IPad and do not have access to a desktop or laptop. What if I want to change my seat as when I downloaded the app when I go into it, it's just a black screen. Does that mean I will have to go into the office?

Everyone has access to a desktop - check out your local library

So following g on from my last post. I ended up private messaging the club about how disappointed I was that no one could awnser my questions regarding Note Holders. I then received a call today from the club apologise for there first response. So the official response to my questions, which were What happens to note holders in all finals and GFs, there response was that the club has taken this opportunity to restructure there priority list. Anyone with Package A is guaranteed a GF ticket. Anyone from B down isn't. Regarding home fixtures the club is in discussions with the AFL atm as it is the AFL that makes the decisions, they have requested the same structure. They also said that in all current packages no priorities are set for home or away finals outside the GF as no deal has been reached. So you could buy group A and still not get a home final priority.

Have they confirmed full strength beer? I thought we were still on mids...

The Southern end of the stadium will have a Gage Roads bar with 7 beer taps + 1 cider tap pouring basically their whole range. They have an award winning midstrength pilsner I'd expect to be tapped, but very unlikely Little Dove would be tapped due to the ABV.

I assume that's in the expensive bit, blue and gold club or whatever it's called.

Only just got his minutes ago and don't know if it's been posted before.

Dear ER,

Thank you for your patience as we work through the steps to transition members to Perth Stadium.

We would like to take this opportunity to update Season members regarding the next steps of the process:

  • The club is currently finalising the relocation of noteholders. Once this is complete, we can begin allocating Season members.
  • Season member group leaders will receive an email, probably mid-to-late next week. This email will notify group leaders of your placeholder allocation. ALLOCATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THIS TIME.
  • The notification email will also contain details of your Seat Secure window opening time. This will be at least a few days AFTER you receive the notification email.
  • During your Seat Secure window, group leaders may either accept the placeholder allocation, or attempt to change it, subject to seat availability.
  • Your ability to change your allocation will depend on many factors, including the size of your group, and the availability of other seats.
  • We would like to remind members once again that Perth Stadium is a new facility with a different layout, levels, and seating configurations to Domain Stadium. It will not be possible to replicate your seated position at the new stadium; however, we are confident that your match day experience will be significantly improved. Allocations will be made using best endeavours to meet the needs of Season members across the board, while keeping groups together.
  • Most seats at Perth Stadium are in the weather. There are no true ‘undercover’ areas. The club recommends members use Virtual Venue and views from seats to assess levels of cover.
  • The club is experiencing an extremely high volume of phone calls. Please read this email and the FAQs carefully before calling the Membership Services Centre on
    (08) 9388 4566. Enquiries should be directed through your group leader, where possible.
  • We also request that members call before visiting the Membership Services Centre, to avoid disappointment and lengthy queues
Thank you for your pateince and understanding at this exciting and busy time.

Kind regards,

Anyone thats considering leaving should take these points onboard now...

1. Full strength Beers...us new members will consume a much as humanely possible, when possible, causing often outlandish cheering, and bogan tendencies.....:beercheers:

2. Us new members will shout and scream for our team and I will stand up in my seat if the game tension warrants it...

3. Party lights will get us young uns excited so if your medication does cause you upsetting symptoms, maybe its just not for you.

4. I will understand the game better than you so calling out "Ball" should not be considered cheering as the game has passed you by...not your fault...YOU'RE just OLD!!!

5. OH point 5, you'er going to be waiting forever to get a train with 60k drunktards (hahaha!!not really)
so consider Matlock or Oprah episodes may run just a little later than normally scheduled...

So when renewing your membership please consider these points and weigh up your renewal options...

Thanks for listening..GO EAGLES!!! (I shouted, I'm sorry if I woke U:oops:)
Bet your mummy and daddy are so proud of you.

From the latest email sent this arvo it appears that all the ordinary members seats will be allocated in one go. This means it will surely be tough to relocate your group to more preferred seats during the window as there wont be many left?

So much for length of membership being an advantage. I cant see how it is.

Just got this too. What stood out for me was “Most seats at Perth Stadium are in the weather. There are no true ‘undercover’ areas”.

Unbelievable in a so called world class stadium. At least we have a great lighting system for all our night games .. oh..wait.

I don't recall length of membership being mentioned. I thought you would be offered seats of the same classification as you had at the old stadium, but maybe I'm hoping for the criteria that suits me best.
