Probably because he is a convicted criminal with more charges pending who has been allowed to do as he pleases yet we want to ban and fine guys for playing dress ups.
I was juxtaposing the AFLs treatment of actual crimes (ie nothing) vs punishment for tasteless jokes, to point out the inconsistency and hypocrisy. I didn't even name him.

Which means club cant force them to train for a specific time period . They are still responsible for their actions during that time . These guys have been penalized for bringing disrepute to the team and ultimately afl . The afl will have in their commercial contract clauses about bringing disrepute .gws Club Sponsors wont be thrilled being associated with actions of the players

They do have a period where they don't have to train. But if they come back out of shape it will be detrimental to future employment. 1 person being "offended" at an off season function isn't bringing game into disrepute. It should never have even escalated beyond venue staff.

I know, I was there. Nowadays they just need to go overseas to get away with a bit more. Doesn't make it right, just like everyone else they are entitled to their time off.
