Why do you say that? Teams with greater than 14 active players are wasting participant opportunity. They should be encouraging those over the 14-player threshhold to go out there and start additional teams, and bringing in more low-actives to fill the breach. Team with >14 active players are doing the game a disservice. Teams with >18 active players are actively sabotaging the league.

Suspensions will get downgraded and all will be fine and if more than 4 players get suspended in a week it will just add controversy and more media to the league
