yeah he needs to be fly kicked. rude arseh*le.

Brandy Creek Winery is okay if you like tapas.
Bukhara is one of the best Indian restaurants going around (provided you can handle the attitude of the owner).

thats why you go there with at least one member of the gilbert family.

the outpost is great.
jacks at jindivick again excellent food but costly. you get wat you pay for. its aimed at the yuppie market.
pricks wont sponsor the cricket club either.

Earlier this year I rang up and booked for lunch at Jacks during the week, turned up on the Saturday and they had no record of any booking and were booked out. w***er basically suggested that I must have booked somewhere else - seeing as I rang the number on their website I'm pretty sure they screwed up. Had to go to the place next door which wasn't bad.

Wild Dog Winery has a new restuarant, don't know if it's any good, anybody been there?

the barn thing? they own that also.

i hate them. its the only decent thing in jindi they wont sponsor us because we take business away, down to the jindi pub (the cricket rooms) on a tuesday and thursday. WTF like anyone form the cricket club would go there to hang out with two ****ters and drink strongbow.

Yeah the Barn thing. Seemed to be run by an older couple when I went there. Didn't think there was any connection.

Got curries from Bombay By Night in Caulfield last night. Got the takeaway banquet.

Had in it:
Samosa - These were awesome. Little puff pastry things stuffed with potato and peas.
Chicken Makanwalla - This was real good. A little but spicy but chicken was real nice and had good flavours.
Rogan Josh - Awful
Saffron Rice - Ate with curries
Raita - Some yoghourt stuff. Was pretty good.
Nan bread - Nom. Filled it with rice and curry and was good.

All up it was a positive experience. Would probably give it about a 6/10. Was reasonably priced too. All this food cost $35 and it was a feast for the two of us.

Wholemeal roll, seeded mustard, roast capsicum, eggplant, swiss cheese, beetroot, tomato and rocket.

Absolutely amazing flavours. The eggpant and cheese really offset the acidity of the other ingredients. 8.2 out of 10

I know this is the wrong place to ask but did u play on the weekend sneak? what number are ya?

Yep I played was number 3. First half was swapping between forward pocket and on ball, third quarter half back and last quarter fullback.

Speaking of goals rev, about time for a new celebration. The old C'MON, before the ball goes through the sticks, when were down by 80 points is probably a tad out dated. Please dont pull it out for the last few games.

mainly the centre one.

Ate dinner at Pelligrinis last night. So much vibe on that place.

I had the lasagne and stole a bit of my mates pizza. Such a generous serving and you finish and the guy goes "you still hungry, I get you more" in his Italian accent. Tasted nice too.

Couldn't really eat any more but got the raspberry tart and a long macchiato to wash it down. Tart was awesome. Guy asks if I want any cream. I say yeah and wow biggest dollop of cream. Nom, Nom, Nom.

What makes the place though is not the food but the atmosphere. Love it how they don't keep track of what you eat and give you a bill, you tell them what you had when leaving. Cheap too. 3 of us had the works pizza, pasta coffee and cakes and was still only $70. So much win.

Corner of Burke and some other little street. Crossly maybe. Up near parliament and the old metro though.

You would love it. They even have a communal table out in the kitchen where they chuck in extra bits ifyou want. So much atmosphere there. It is like you are actually in Italy.
