I'm all for Bucks aiming to be the best transition team in the comp. Can anyone tell me what type of players we need to achieve this? How many do we have on the list? Did we recently recruit these types?

Transition also involves running, and working for your team mates. At the end of the day if you work up and down the ground harder than your opponent, you don't need to be an elite kicking side to transition the ball from one end to the other.

We've got to hope we're one of the fitter sides in the comp to mask our average skill set.

U a fan of buckley the player ( which we all were im guessing ) or the coach. Because u hav to separate that now and im not sure people are doing that.

We've had a huge turnover of players during the past 3 seasons. I think we are at finally at a point where it really is Bucks' team. The next 3 seasons (which Bucks will get) will show whether it has been a master stroke to bring Bucks on board as the coach or whether it was a failure. I like what we are building towards with our recruits over the past 3 drafts. It's all about getting these blokes fit, on the park and gelling together.

How can we be the best transition side if Toovey has ball in hands coming out of defence and cannot execute a 20-30m pass?
Seriously, he has his qualities but it's laughable that an elite level footballer cannot do the basic of fundamentals and that is kick the ball.

Not while Buckley is coach his and Micks out of date game plan was over 3 years ago..
Kicking under 10 goals in 8 out of 10 games doesn't win you game good bye Buckley round 11...

There is also Bucks the individual.
The man who bleeds B&W and will do his utmost to ensure we are successful.
He has changed our game plan from the predictable MM one and it's still evolving.
He/they changed their training regime, (which back fired admittedly) last year.
He has taken on feedback and strikes me as a man who is seeking to grow himself and the club.
He won't make decisions just to save his own bacon, it's all for the betterment of the club.
I'm a fan and more than happy to honour his contract.

Don't know what games you are watching but the game plan i see is still the same wide backwards side ways slow movement into the forward line game plan ..
Kicking under 10 goals most weeks wont win many games ..
Look whats happened to Carltfilth since MM took over Ratts had them scoring big scores and attacking through the middle MM steps in and bang most game they struggle to kick 10 goals a game and go sideways and backwards ..
Pies are the same now MM and Bucks game plan was over 3 years ago ..
Just need Buckley to wake up to it and play simple footy Man on man direct footy like the top teams ..

Hes only pointing out u hav to adapt your game plan/style to suit the cattle u hav. We are not highly skilled, its obvious, so we should be playing a man on man contested game and not trying to pin point short 20-30m kicks especially out of the backline and into the centre of the ground. These turnovers hav been killing us over the past few years

MM and Bucks out of date zoning and wide sideways backwards slow moving game plan was over 3 years ago.
look at carlfilth since MM took over same as the pies less than 10 goals most games ..
Go back to basics attacking man on man direct quick footy ..
