Bomber has said that he's not ready but that we need talls. Well, we've got Lonergan, Haynes and Spencer in the VFL so that clearly isn't a genuine issue.

Let's all hope Nathan has a solid game but if he has a shocker in front of a big crowd it could do a heap of damage to him.

I'd like to think that even if he has a bad game, Bomber can use the "he wasn't ready anyway" line. Injuries, form...he genuinely is not ready

That guy is a joke, how can you bag Nathan's performance today? He played a solid game and showed some good signs. He seems to have good footy nous and really thinks about his footy, he also has very good skills and a good pair of hands. Looking forward to seeing more of him next year with more muscle and fitness.

i am more worried about playfairs pathetic 2nd half, this bloke is really giving me the ********s and thompson to said as much at his press conference, really pathetic effort by most today but i thought Nathan showed some signs today, he has along way to go but i think he will be a good player for us in the future.
