Good point re; Rozier being unhappy and wanting out. Didnt really include that in my thinking as a option for some reason.

I cant figure out what they could possibly do with this salary cap space is all, especially when the exact need they have is well a SG
It may well go to waste but it at least gives them flexibility. Maybe they can take on someone’s bad contract in a trade for assets. Maybe they can use it for a free agent, similar to a Bruce Brown where they may not even intend to keep him. It may just be adding a quality player to be flipped down the track.

Or because they are Charlotte they may just pay like 30m for some spud.

lol Billups trying to call a T/O, doesn’t get it then gets T’ed up and tossed with 15 secs left.

Okc truly kissed on the d***

What is the hype over this POS?

Watch Milwaukee choke in the playoffs.

Doc Rivers should’ve been punted and left on the back burners. Gross
Don’t think there was any hype over doc lol.

They go on about his championship pedigree as a coach but his playoff results are abysmal.

But how the * does a pro league get one call wrong every twelve seconds?
Pretty easily is the short answer.

Interpretation changes from one game to the next.

If we trade this man to cut costs... I will be very, very upset.

Why do you think you would trade him 6 months after giving him a 4 year contract while he is more than earning his contract?

Also shout out to any NBA player drafted in the 2nd round who gets a $50m contract extension from their 1 year rookie contract.

I don't personally, it's just a few rumours flying around. Partially connected to the fact that we apparently covet Jarrett Allen.

I don't think anyone in the fanbase could stomach seeing him traded, so hopefully it's BS.

Surely it’s Nance Jnr who goes ?

Hopefully nobody goes for the time being. We traded Lewis to duck under the luxury tax, that should be it.

Provided Nance stays healthy, I doubt we'll trade him unless it's part of a bigger deal. He's too valuable. Will be interesting to see what we do with Valanciunas though, he's the one who is coming out of contract.

We're one of the deepest teams in the league and we're not paying the tax as of now. Unless we can make a move to improve, we shouldn't be thinking about trades around the edges. I was hoping we could trade Kira for someone like Monte Morris, but that ship has sailed now.

Obviously not alone with this view but **** me Doc won the lottery. Extremely average coach who somehow is still considered a good coach because he won with a team Stephen Silas could have even got to the 2nd round and then has underperformed with good squads on multiple occasions. I mean it makes no sense to myself and I'm sure many people but at least we get to enjoy him coming up short again.

I imagine Valanciunas stays but on less money. Naji Marshall wont stay.

I imagine someone offers him that Bruce Brown style deal of 2 year 40 odd mill or someone just gives him guaranteed 3 year 30 odd mill deal. I think with the success Pacers had with the Brown deal and how thats worked other teams may try to replicate it in the offseason.
