I am sure a fair few of you have already heard about this, but Nedd Brockman is currently in the process of attempting to break the 1000 mile world record, which is 10 days and 10 hours. He should hit the halfway mark today (day 5), so is still on track despite a few injury issues.

Nedd famously ran across Australia from Perth to Bondi a couple of years ago to raise money for We Are Mobilise, a charity helping homeless people, raising $2M. He's aiming to raise $10M for this new running feat.

The kicker here is this sentence.

Stark said extreme endurance runs, ice baths, paleo diets, biohacking

3 of those things are shown to have very noted and specific mental and physical health benefits (especially over sedentary lifestyle habits).

So basically, being healthy is toxically masculine... Cool.
