FTA-TV Neighbours and Home and Away: Cringe-worthy moments

There's just so many.
My favourites from Neighbours were from the football story line.
Especially when they all sang the team song at Bridget's funeral

And from Home and Away, last night's episode was a good example when Miles was drinking a juice and you could hear the air being sucked through the straw (it's always to hard for them to put at least water in their cups)

When Toadie and that character played by Madeleine West got married, their limo broke down so they got into that shitbox Commodore and, for whatever reason, went off a strategically placed ramp and into the ocean.

on neighbours when 2 characters got a trial with carlton after obviously impressing for erinsborough in the random victorian league

that whole rugby debacle with the home and away character underperforming for a shady bookmaker, i didnt realise there was such betting interest in a random rugby competition in country nsw

this really annoys me. we know our sport in this country and they just cant be bothered doing it properley.

cricket- the keeper will be right at the stumps, plus every fielder will be within 2m of the bat
footy- as someone else mentioned, its worse than an under 8's vickick match
surfing- "it going off today", while half a foot of pus breaks in the background

Zekes general lack of acting talent is vomit inducing. I know its a big call given all the shit these shows have rolled out but Zeke is the worst actor/actress in Australian television history. Couldnt act his way out of a a toilet paper prison cell

Anyone else noticing the "subtle" plugs these days. First we had the Jason Coleman dance school and then last night we had the NCIS plug.

Zeke's gone from a fat ugly goth to a skinny asian exchange student who speaks perfect english.

Cringeworthy moments from last night were anything to do with Sunny & Zeke. Especially Zeke's "everything is under control" comment.

I remember when Sunny was getting all jealous over Zeke's ex girlfriends Bree was referred to as a hot ex gf Sunny isn't gorgeous but she has Bree covered very easily.

I remember one episode, Harold fell down a sand dune or something and they replaced him with a stunt double who had a pony tail.

the continual rehashed story arcs
-runaway kid comes to town, causes some trouble, gets taken in by pippa/irene/sally/etc and becomes a model citizen.
-someones gf/bf/parent/goldfish dies, head into self destructive spiral of booze/acting up, pushes everyone away, eventually comes round and becomes a model citizen.
-someone charged with a crime they didnt commit, toadie/morag represents them and despite a chronic lack of evidence, they get jail time, spend a few weeks in jail and survive a prison riot/beat down/standover tactics, end up getting released from jail.

every story line neighbours and home and away are absolutely dreadfull. more neighbours than home and away at the moment. both shows are on their last legs, but neighbours is nearly in ground at their own funeral
