An official ruling if I may:

I see that the Eagles confirmed a trade of Pavlich for Masten and McKinley, but I can't see where it was first offered on the board.

Does the Commissioner OK the deal, or is Pavlich still a Docker?

Will be happy with whatever ruling the Commish hands down, but am just asking the question.
