They are really missing the boat with an all teal kit
I dunno tbh. I’d agree if we were wearing a white jumper and what wasn’t a club colour, like Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, West Coast, etc have all done in the past, but given white is still a club colour I personally have no issues with wearing a white clash. I think I prefer the silver, but realistically you can’t go wrong with either or with the teal.
I like that Macron have been experimenting with the clash design a bit, but, it's an odd choice not carrying that pattern over to the back of the design.

The line in between the Vs is quite nice.
Yeah over the years I’ve liked the patterns but I’ve thought the same each year. I’d like to have seen them bring the pattern onto the back and have the white number panel with no pattern so there’s still that extra touch of heritage that we also had on the silver jumper as well as the home obviously.
The silver strip with the white panel was the best away jumper we've had. Not sure why Macron have moved away from it.
Too right, and it’s such a shame that they only changed it right after they perfected it with the black trimming and the white panel (as opposed to 2019 and 2020 with all silver). I liked the original incarnation but the last version of it was literal perfection. At the very least, I’m glad we can say we rocked a silver clash for 4 years, you wouldn’t have seen that coming in the mid 2000s.
Loved the sliver, black and white jumper. Looked awesome. Played against Collingwood in it too and the world didn't end.
Funny you mention this, my only gripe with the silver clash was that when we wore it against Collingwood the contrast wasn’t the best it could’ve been. This was purely because in motion their black and white almost blurs into grey, so in person the Collingwood and Port matchup was still watchable, but not quite ideal. That being said, having a clash jumper work perfectly against all the teams in the league bar one, yet it still being serviceable against them is pretty solid.

Not much wrong with it, it just looks far stronger with black shorts, which would also be completely satisfactory as a clash, but you know.. AFL.
I agree, white shorts should be worn less. Really only Geelong and maybe North Melbourne should wear white shorts to match with their uniforms.

Really any team that has a doesn't have white as a core kit colour should wear an accent colour.

Teams that have limited colours should just wear white e.g. North, Geelong, Collingwood Sydney, Freo, Carlton

Others should wear one of their accent colours e.g. Adelaide (Red or Yellow), Brisbane (Gold or Blue), Richmond (Yellow), Essendon (Red), Gold Coast (Yellow), Hawks (Yellow), Weagles (Yellow), Dees (Red)

Then you have clubs that can really choose: Saints (Red or White), WB (Red or White), Port (Teal or White)

If i've missed a club it's because i'm only on my second cup of coffee for today

sliver as well for port, freo could lean on the green and red but they have nearly phased it out entirely

I was more thinking colours that are in their core kits without changing the kits in their current forms. Green and red don't go with either of their home or away kits for Freo. Port isn't using silver on their away kit anymore.

Giants could use Orange shorts, though can still have the option of white if enough white is on the guernsey. Say the new clash, it would look better probably with white shorts then orange.

Yeah giants are a bit tough because each kit is so vastly different and uses the main colours in different ways. I'd probably even use potentially charcoal as an option (similar to the vfl kit)

The G is not looking too huge like the photos from a few months ago suggested...

Looks like a white front, red backed guernsey, but with two vertical stripes that speckle fade on the inside. Swans have only ever had one design like that, though it had white cuffs instead of what looks like red.

Could we be seeing a modernised version of the 1996 preseason? Or at a stretch, the 1905-06 striped guernsey, if the red side (which is likely the back as well) happens to only be a stripe, as that design did have red cuffs.

if you look closely, there’s 3 jumpers in total, 2 under the away one, one appears to be the new inverse indigenous and one appears to be once used in the opening game for 150 years

I can't see 3 jumpers, only two.

Two coathangers up the top (a lot of wire for two coathangers) and then in the top right you see two coathangers as well, not 3.

yeh, that explains the werid pattern thats the indigenous, really keen to see thier 150 kit

It almost looks like three coathangers around the neck area, but then the third one is clearly missing from where the hook part is, and also from the right side out the side of the cuffs. Strange.

The below pic I believe is the Youth version, which has a different jock tag.

GIANTS 2024 PUMA Home Guernsey - Youth

To be fair, I don't think Puma know which order they want the jock tag to be, because they seem to flip the team logo with the Puma logo on a whim depending on the product and team.
Its just the stock image for the product for all sizes. Even on Puma's website the G is huge. Himmelburger could just be wearing a 2023 jumper but other players in that clip are wearing 2024 kits ie Pies and gold logo sublimated

It is actually more likely he is indeed wearing the old kit as the jock tag does reflect the one from 2022 and 2023, whereas the newer one is with the Leaping Cat on the left side (similar on other Puma team sites). Seems we have a Bigger G after all!

Allied Express have been a partner with the Dogs for 7 years.
So long, in fact, that the guy they used to promote the relationship initially was Jake Stringer
