News New Jumpers For 2025

Love to see clubs do a vote on all of their jumpers and have a year of the best ones for the round

Just on the Bears-themed clash jumper for Brisbane. 2025 seems like a really odd year for them to do that. I honestly would've thought 2026/2027 would be more appropriate since the Bears were formed and announced in 1986 and joined the VFL in 1987.

Having that 1987 to 1991 Bears jumper with a gold logo is something I dont think anyone would see.

Hopefully they do a game in the FFC and put the gold logo on that

Here's the brown variation, looks better than their home uniform. Can't believe Gold Coast didn't do a monogram uniform for their new guernsey like Hawthorn has for their training uniforms.

While the year itself is odd, completely agree it would have been pretty special to have a full kit with the Lions, the Roys and the Bears all in the rotation with a gold AFL logo. Missed opportunity i think.

Just not a great monogram, the weight to it and the design just isn’t that great. Carlton and Fitzroy’s work really well for a reason.

The Essendon one is equally as bad. Sturt’s is iconic in SA but it’s also pretty bad.

I mean its based on our first logo so have to blame the people in 1925 for that

I would have preferred the heritage monogram, but the colours are great.

Respectfully with the nike gear for Swans, and likely with Collingwood, how has it changed?

I mean it's the same designs for the past few years for the most part, maybe in different colours. Only really the training jerseys change but they've been mostly the same

Nothing to change for the swans except the V that Nike introduced… not sure what else you want more from Nike regarding Swans when it’s perfect every f#%ing year

In regards to training gear especially they quickly turn from that great, to eh its the same and then just boring.

Yeah no, the maroon colour is nice but it's still the same design with a stripe down the side sponsor on the front, it isn't sydney's fault though, it's nike I have an issue with. I have a BBL training singlet from when Nike started out, it's the same design. Nike have used the same design for like 4 years in all training gear and it's getting boring to me

It's because they use cheap cut and sew templates where you can't colour individual panels to make something look interesting, nor have they experimented with the template – because it'd be adding costing to what's just a raglan or t-shirt. so, to make it interesting, they use shit cheap material that's printable and then get someone to do up a kerrrazy 90s graphic to try and make it look interesting.

Hummel and Macron absolutely love doing it in soccer.
