I like the logo but that red on red take on the guernsey makes it practically invisible. Weird choice.

Looks like it's been designed with a phone screen in mind, rather than a footy jumper.

It’s not that. It works on the website because the background red is so much darker than the logo red. For some reason they haven’t replicated this look with the guernsey, where the two reds are almost identical.

Looks like a placeholder guernsey they'd hand to an underage signing in 2009 to get a couple of photos to build hype for the club, before switching to something better when the club actually launches. Like I could see Matt Shaw or Brandon Matera rocking that

Ocean/Aqua Blue instead of Royal Blue. Navy blue logo, numbers, socks and accents with the Gold kit.

This situation is all just criminal, Goldie were a slight second team for me but I'm officially done with them.

The saddest part is, how much money they paid for this whole rebrand, praying for a 2010 GAP rebrand moment

Honestly it's probably good since it's only one colour. Makes it easier for other teams to avoid clashing lol

I don't think it's even our idea anyway, I think we copied Epoch Systems Inc.

also, anyone genuinely believing that the designer of the logo intentionally ripped off either the (decade old) SuperCoach logo or Epoch logo has been watching too many conspiracy theory videos.

Multiple people can arrive at the same idea without having spoken to each other. They aren’t even that similar! IMO it’s no different to that “4 chord” guitar song that shows how different pieces of art can live simultaneously alongside each other without being copies.

Criticise the design, the execution, whatever. But don’t insinuate theft. This happens way too often these days with any rebrand; the internet often wants to believe that the ‘offending’ agency can’t have had an original thought.
