No to both.
When I said "sticking by it's players" I am referring to the idea that a club should ensure that it's players are treated equitably and enjoy the same rights under the AFL system that every other player receives.
It's a matter of principle, and i'm sticking by mine.

OPer is a complete fraud and a fake, don't accept such weak minded "supporters" to your club, rather, you should reject them, as soon as the tiges do something wrong by ben this loser will jump again, to reiterate, not a football or richmond man so piss him off.

Richmond has made some seriously stuffed up decisions over the years, and the enthusiasm of my support has varied ( not necessarily related to those decisions ), but I've never thought about switching teams. NEVER.

On the one hand, you retire the jumper and celebrate the life of a former player who died of a drug overdose (Mainwaring).
On the other hand, you cut lose a player in similar circumstances.
That's hypocrisy at it's finest and an indictment on the club.

The dead tend to get more respect than the living, regardless of circumstances.
Plus the fact that Ben had ****ed up at the Eagles several times before he was sent packing shows that it wasn't just the content of what he did, but the fact that he kept doing it that finally pushed the board into booting him.
I mean, were you pissed off when Lawrence Angwin got the boot from Carlton?
