Thanks. Great news. Must admit when I first heard Max was a FS option I thought, "skinny, half back flanker - nothing to get excited about" but the kid has been a revelation. As others have said he is very similar to Benny Hart but has the added bonus of mongrel and aggression. To have another Max would be great.

Jack will have been off of the radar being back playing school footy at Rostrevor. Holidays coming up so should be back in SANFL action

Draper looks the goods, Welsh a beast, Moir incredibly lazy really - barely seems to put any effort in, and whoever is kicking in for SA has a lovely left leg.

WA too classy on the outside but this has to be just about as bad as a "home town" umpiring ever gets. Clay Hall should be quite high on our list in our quest for a big bodied athletic midfielder.

SA were truly dreadful. Only 6 goals for the match and I counted only 8 or 9 inside fifties in the second half.
Yeah he was pretty good. Sid Draper would be a nice get next year though if we could find a way to get both him and Welsh we would be laughing.

I'm on android, and the player is absolute garbage. You can't full screen to see anything properly.
I was on Android. I managed to get into google Chrome version of the article without it automatically redirecting me to the app and it worked.
But that took a fair amount of effort.
They were horrid all champs other than 3 quarters vs country
The good news is next years SA’s batch should be v good and we should target it at draft
Big fan of Phoenix Hargrave for next year as a midfielder , his development will be interesting
For us I like Draper. Hargrave actually reminds me a bit of Pedlar.

Quieter game for Tyler as the WA midfield was well on top and quality service was limited, but he still managed to snag a couple.

Yep.. hilarious some actually think our delivery into our forward from our midfield resembles anything close to quality. Not sure what game they actually watch week in week out.
Tyler will probably have to deal with the same rushed hack kicks from Sloane, keays and laird, that our current forward line has to, two years from now.. because our club simply cannot move past them.
the scarier thing is.. some will think I’m actually joking about sloane, keays and laird still hacking away in our midfield two years from now.. the club will continue to cling to these blokes like they did to mookay..
