I come from nicks home town aswell and know him pretty well and if you knew him you would know you wouldnt have to worry about anything going wrong off field or his attitude. He is a top guy down to earth , has is head screwed on and he lives for footy I cant see him throwing his dream away.

Yes there are alot of idiots in this town and alot of people his age have gone down the wrong track but he isnt one of them carlton are pretty safe

I can vouch for this being truth.

As can I, should be a ripper (unfortunately) for your mob.

Young Blue finds a mentor close to home
"Coming into the top age of under-18s I probably wasn't the fittest bloke, and I was a bit attacking and not too defensive.

"He worked really hard with me on that over the pre-season and it's really turned my game upside-down.

"So I've got Nick to thank for a lot of my success."

"When we saw my name read out by Carlton, he was stoked I got the opportunity," Graham, who was selected at pick No.54, said.

"It's a good connection, because he knows a lot of the boys.

"Heath Scotland is my mentor, and he's good friends with him, so it's worked out quite well."
