Yes, once he plays 50+ games he may improve further and not disappoint you any more.Dissapointed that he got 3 ducking frees including the first free and goal of the game.

Common Carlton supporter L opinionWalsh easily. Daicos is the better kick but that is the only skill he has that is better than Walsh and I've never seen Walsh shirk a contest.
I like the "Walsh easily" part. Like were stupid for even comparing anyone past or present to Sam Walsh. Unprecedented levels of non-biased rationaleCommon Carlton supporter L opinion
Mario Bortolotto was a premiership player.View attachment 1881258
They forgot 2022 Rising Star, and he would have had every individual home and away award available if not for missing the last 4 games.
Not a bad start to a career...
Bulls eye!Who will have the better career?
I've said enough about these 2.
Briefly:
Better hands and feet.
Better around the big sticks.
Freak of nature.
Nick Daicos.

One of them is also a premiership player. One of them is a jib when he hears footsteps,
The other one is Sam Walsh

But that's OK, because Walsh won the Ayres Medal, so all good...

The old "Daicos is soft" story. Oh well you guys can have Sam "Chuck Norris" Walsh and well settle for Daicos. In the real game scenario Nick would probably just let Maynard pole axe Walsh and get the loose ballPut the ball in the middle of the ground and walsh on 1 wing, and Daicos on the other wing. Both players are exactly the same pace.
Let them run for the ball at the same time
Pretty sure Walsh would get it first, and Daicos would not want the physical contact for fear of getting hurt.
This is why Walsh is a better player currently.
Until Daicos grows a pair, I will not be convinced
