I doubt the AFL would think they could lure Nick away from the Pies to Tasmania.I think we'll try to extend that a couple of years prior. Also, wouldn't surprise me if the AFL throw a Godfather offer his way to get him to Tassie.

They'd be negligent if they didn't try. They won't want Tassie to be another Suns.I doubt the AFL would think they could lure Nick away from the Pies to Tasmania.
I could be wrong, but I thought Josh was 2030 and Nick was 2029Brother, what a deal: Nick and Josh Daicos ink mega-contracts
Nick and Josh Daicos have both signed lucrative new long-term deals to remain at Collingwoodwww.afl.com.au
That's what the article says. Nick 2029. Josh 2030.I could be wrong, but I thought Josh was 2030 and Nick was 2029
Plenty of other players they will target. I wouldn't be worried about Nick leaving the Pies. They'd be negligent if they didn't try. They won't want Tassie to be another Suns.
Nothing surerHe will never leave. Nick and Josh will be one club players.
Harley Reid will be the one that goes there.I doubt the AFL would think they could lure Nick away from the Pies to Tasmania.
I dont think he'd go, I think he will be next captain. He and Josh will be one club players.Plenty of other players they will target. I wouldn't be worried about Nick leaving the Pies.
Gary Albert Jnr went to Suns & it didn't work for them.
They'd be better off sticking to ex Tasmanians for the sentimental support.
If he's homesick for Victoria .. why would he go to TassieHarley Reid will be the one that goes there.
I think the homesickness thing has been exaggeratedIf he's homesick for Victoria .. why would he go to Tassie
Are you saying Harley is slightly tougher mentally than Ollie HenryI think the homesickness thing has been exaggerated
He sure spent a fair bit of his suspension time here in Victoria. I'm sure he misses his gf who lives here.I think the homesickness thing has been exaggerated
He will never leave. Nick and Josh will be one club players.
If that’s the case then they won’t pull the same BS on us they did to Geelong with Ablett jr.They'd be negligent if they didn't try. They won't want Tassie to be another Suns.
I don't think any of these players are comparable - Ginnivan and Stephenson being listed gave me a hearty chuckleDon’t jinx it, you never know what the future brings
Here’s a list of players who were at one stage considered to be “One club players”, and it was totally unimaginable that they would leave …
… and then they left. And we moved on.
- Brodie Grundy - us wanting to offload an AA ruckman, are we nuts?
- Jack Ginnivan - Premiership player, loves playing for Collingwood.
- Dayne Beams - Premiership player and Copeland winner
- Daisy - Premiership player
- Jayden Stephenson - First player to win a Rising Star playing for Collingwood.
- Travis Cloke - F/S, Premiership player, Collingwood royalty.
I don't think any of these players are comparable - Ginnivan and Stephenson being listed gave me a hearty chuckle
except none of them have Peter daicos as a father. He’s already advised his sons to leave something on the table at contract negotiations, so as long as the club is fair (and don’t see why they wouldn’t be) I don’t see them chasing money. And Peter isn’t just a passed player and fan he’s a total collingwood nuffie and his sons seem to have inherited the passion.Don’t jinx it, you never know what the future brings

So as long as players and club stay on good terms, and there’s no reason to think that they wouldn’t, I don’t see them ever leaving.
I think Peter Moore regrets leaving Collingwood when he did.except none of them have Peter daicos as a father. He has said it openly. His one regret not being a one club player.I think Peter Moore regrets leaving Collingwood when he did.
The club was in turmoil at the time, and Melbourne offered him big bucks.
I'm sure his advice to Darcy would be to stay a one club player.
Presenting the cup to his son brought him some closure - it was a brilliant moment. He has said it openly. His one regret not being a one club player.

Beams too. There was always quiet murmurs about him potentially going back to qld despite the fact he bypassed going to GC as a foundation player and opted for the open draft.I don't think any of these players are comparable - Ginnivan and Stephenson being listed gave me a hearty chuckle
