Yeah the Champion Data stats and teams are broken imo.

I love data but I think it needs to be balanced with actually watching games.

If I was doing a team based on Data and someone like N Daicos didn't make it then I would reassess the data and see where am I going wrong lol

One week Hoyney was raving about this Carlton defender being an elite kick (can't remember whether it was Kemp or a Boyd). So I thought I will watch Carlton and see if this guy is that good. Sure enough the player barely touched it and the kicking wasn't amazing.

But I think the problem with Hoyney is that he actually believes his data is incredible.

Yeah. If you're in the business of selling data and your analysis of it, you'd be tempted to fudge it and include Nick. Him not being there isn't a good advertisement for their metrics.
