It's 2013. I've moved on. Buddy is off to GWS, Tambling is a spud royale, and we have players better on our list than Heppell. Fiora became a great player for the saints. How about we focus on the last 4-5 years of recruiting? Melbourne don't get held anywhere near accountable as us at the table, yet they have made bigger errors in the last 5 years it would seem.

Vlausitn is a future Gun, Vickery is just a footballer, Carlisle will dominate many games in the future, Houli will not, we all have opinions, but these flogs who can't accept the fact Heppell is a gun are just looking stupid...So is he a gun Captainblood17? Would you trade him for Conca today? Your opinion counts right now...

It's just a bit of fun with the Tambling reference. Where or what he's doing, IDGAF. Fiora reference was an obvious joke, but it's a recruiting blue that hasn't been relevant to us for what 6 years?
Better than Heppell in the midfield? I'd rate at this point in time Delidio, Cotchin, Ellis and Edwards ahead of him. Martin is the interesting one. He's been hot and cold this year. Heppell has been more consistent overall this season. But, if you had a school yard pick of the two, I don't think you'd be too worried about it. I think Dusty is going to have a good second half of the year.
Conca is our second most important midfielder for the role he plays. There was an article a couple of weeks back on what he does. He plays, our midfield runs a whole lot different.
I am comfortable with the Conca pick, if Heppell played at Richmond, who in the midfield would he replace? You has more of a need for outside speed than we did at the time.
I would take Carlisle in a heartbeat. Always rated him.
Vickery you won't see his best for another season or so.
