Some of the Port supporters are truly deluded, they actually believe they have the best list in the league and that it's all Ken's fault that they're not winning premierships.

They have some good players but there's a lot of holes in that team and they have absolutely no depth.
They repeat that comment so often on the sack Hinkley thread. Given they have 3 great mids, and perhaps Houston, but the rest? Forward line is soft and ageing (Dixon surely gone this year?), Boak and Wines need to retire, truly average backline, and a ROB like ruck, and absolutely no depth when they cop an injury. Anyway, long may this view prevail

Heading to the sack Hinkley thread for some light hearted giggles they are such pretenders
Just had a glance over there…..jeez, it’s ugly.

They’ve turned on Josh Carr now (apparently he was the reason they won 13 on the trot last year and was the new messiah). He’s gotta be sacked now.

Treadrea is now in their sights. Haven’t listened to AA tonight but apparently is now toeing the company line. They’ve really turned on him..

The level of derangement that some of their supporters hold re their coaching and their list is quite something.

I probably tend to have a bit more of a rose coloured glasses view of the AFC’s list, but you really aren’t far off them. You are being held back by the coach/coaching set up.

I’m not convinced of the same of them. Sure, they could get a new coach in and may get somewhat of a bounce, but at some point there may be questions asked about their list, the obvious lack of depth and quality.

Still, nice to see them fail, never ceases being enjoyable ☺️

Port's list seems quite unbalanced to me

They've got 18 players taller than 190cm on their list, and basically all of them play key position or ruck roles. They've got like 3 pure rucks, six key forwards and eight key defenders. Very few rebound types or tall mids.

They've also ended up with five or thereabouts short small forwards. Six if you count Byrne-Jones as a forward.
Perhaps they should do some (more) trades with the Roos...

Hoo boy, the Port kiddies ain’t gonna be happy with Ken’s presser

“When we lose we learn, when we win we learn, tonight there were lots of learnings, and we’ve got to get better..”

Inspiring stuff
I'm comfortable that Hinkley is a slow learner & still working out how to coach.

Port's issue is whilst they habe plenty of midfield guns, their bottom 6 or so are BOG average.

Yep Warren was on the defensive…

I love how they are all muppets.

I said all all along port are great when they got nothing to lose and are terrible when there is something to win!

Muppets need to play norf Melbourne every week.

They are making up the numbers

For all the fapping over Port's drafting, they haven't really been able to find anyone decent after pick 20 in the last 5-6 drafts
That Sinn pick is already hurting them. They gave up a heap to get him too.

We can laugh but Nicks has spun similar shit this year, as I’ve said he’s a Hinkley clone without finals

They traded up in the first round to get Sinn. A guy who is never on the park, 6 career games and I see he's out for another 5 weeks.

Can still change, but that and the first they traded for defenders and they are starting to even waste firsts.

From memory Sinn cost them Ladhams, Pick 16 and Pick 30 🤣

In fairness, Ken has been their 10 years. If their list is shit, then that’s on him. Pretty much every player was drafted or traded under his tenure, so he’s built that list.

Re their trading. For every JHF that has landed in their lap, they’ve traded in Watts, Trengrove and the rejects last year just to name a few.

Thank god they choked against Richmond in 2021. They would have beaten Geelong that year who were their bunnies in finals.

Anyone think they’ll dish up anything in finals other than they did against GWS in the semi last year hasn’t been paying attention.

my latest predictor has Port 11th and us 9th. Fremantle beat Port in last game of the year to jump us into 8th spot. Imagine having to rely on Port beating Freo in Perth in last game of year to make finals.

Koch doing AA breakfast.

Koch throwing Jase Burgoyne under the bus.

"Lost the moments, when Jase fell over and they got that easy goal"

Like Tredrea last night blame the players, no mention of Ken.

But can blame a 20 year old kid.
