Mentally not prepared for a Port win at all. I think they finish second and beat Geelong round 1 of the finals. Will play Swans by the looks of it in a prelim. I honestly cant see them being beaten again this year. They arent a great side, but this year you dont need to be.

Geelong can still finish 2nd if Port and GWS lose. An 80 point win against the Eagles will do it, and not beyond the realms of possibility.

I'd rather Port play the Giants though, they will beat Sydney and Geelong if they happen to play them, the Giants are a tougher opponent for them.

Then just need GWS to beat Bullies in Ballarat and Freo to do the right thing and then straight sets could be on the cards again losing to GWS away in QF and then I would back Hawks, Lions and possibly others to beat Power at AO in knock out semi

not fussy who does it. just dont think they are that good and have won 6 games under 10 points (IIRC 5 under a goal)

ps it was meant to be a semi piss take post also but straight sets wouldnt surprise me. Houston is a top 5 player for them - now gone. And other teams with better mids/taggers wont let the Big 3 run as wild

Collarbone gone. So now they will be weakened going into finals and its just another little thing going ports way as in if they had to face the hawks, their midfield is going to be depleted. Be nice if ports midfield didn't lead a charmed existance week in week out..not wishing bad injury but maybe gasto or something to disrupt it
